Vintage Christmas Card With Multiple Layers – Video Tutorial
Hello everyone, this is Yana Smakula sharing another cardmaking video tutorial.
The card I have created for this blog post is one that steps out of my comfort zone in terms of size. I usually like to create A2 cards or 5×7″ cards but this one is even bigger than that – 8 1/4 by 5 1/2 inches.
This is a heavily layered project, I used a few extra dies to create additional layers and add some dimension.
The main gold die cut frame was altered slightly, I cut the poinsettia images off using scissors and covered the cut lines with another altered die cut.
I used circle dies from two different sets to create a place holder for my sentiment, Christmas Blessings, and I also added additional die cut pieces such as holly leaves to dress up this card.
