Winter Wonderland Fleur de Square Card Tutorial

Yvonne here with a preview of a beautiful die template set that will be introduced at the coming CHA, Creativation.

So, today I’m sharing a winter card which is a sneak peek of Spellbinders die-template set S6-114 Fleur de Square.

Spellbinders Machines & Tools Needed:

T-001 Tool ‘n One

T-004 Tool and Accessories Magnetic Handy Mat

PL-001 Platinum Die Cutting and Embossing Machine

 

Other supplies:

cardstock: white, blue, dull gold and silver, white glitter

sentiment stamp

scissors, bone folder

paper trimmer

self-adhesive pearls

3D foam tape, glue

 

 

Instructions:

Trim white cardstock to size 6½x6½” for a card base

Trim blue cardstock to size 6×6″ and glue upon cardbase

Cut/emboss Fleur de Square #3 (with #1 being the smallest die-template) from dull silver cardstock and glue onto cardbase using 3D foam tape.

Cut/emboss 6×6 Matting Basics B Card Creator #5 from white cardstock and glue onto cardbase using 3D foam tape.

Cut/emboss Fleur de Square #2 from dull gold cardstock and glue onto cardbase using 3D foam tape.

Cut/emboss Create a Flake Six (# largest snowfake) from white glitter cardstock and glue onto card base using 3D foam tape.

Stamp sentiment onto white white cardstock. Cut a banner using scissors. Mat upon blue cardstock and cut around the edges using scissor leaving a border of about ⅛”. Glue onto card base using 3D foam tape.

Finish the card with some self-adhesive pearls.
