How to Use FSJ Liquid Colors In a New Way

Hello crafty friends!

We just couldn’t wait to share our new products with you. Last Friday, we published the link to our brand new beautiful 2017-2018 Inspiration Book & Catalog. Today, we play. We’ll show you how to use our new dye-based Liquid Colors to create a gorgeous background for your handmade card.

Step 1: Stamp images from the Flower Swirls Stamp Set onto a Whip Cream Cardstock panel. Alternate the images for a fun background.

Step 2: Apply drops of Banana Cream and Lemon Drop Liquid Colors onto a clear block. Add water to your mixture. Then crumble up a ball of kitchen plastic wrap and dab it into the color.

Step 3: Use the plastic wrap as a sponge and dab the color onto your cardstock. The plastic wrap allows you to add the color to the cardstock while giving it texture at the same time.

Step 4: Complete your project. Add your favorite sentiment. Make your project sparkle with a dash of Sparkle Silk, a bit of Journey Sparkle Cuts, and a Summer Burst Button.

We can’t wait to see all of your Liquid Color projects on social media. Tag us on Instagram @fsjourney so we can enjoy your beautiful creations!
