Beautiful Pastel Colors for Christmas Cards

Hello, Fun friends!  Let’s talk Christmas, shall we?  Chances are, you’ve thought about Christmas.  A few of you may have even gotten a jump start on Christmas. But, for those of us that haven’t, let’s get a jump start on Christmas!  We’ve got a lot of beautiful cards but we chose a pretty, pastel version to welcome the holiday. Should we get started?

Isn’t this card beautiful?  Know, as you can see – it’s not technique heavy – but it is pretty heavy on beauty.  So, as far as we can tell, that is the best way to start the holiday season right!  We’ll keep it very cute and oh so simple! But you want to have some fun?  Alrighty then!

Now, the first thing we should discuss – the colors!  Aren’t Bubble Gum and Sweet Pear the perfect colors for a fresh and slightly different Christmas? Now, the Sweet Everything stamp set has a fun surprise!  Don’t you love how the shading mimics a comic book?  It’s a modern design that is perfect with the color palette. Then, you add in a Gold Friendship Sequin or two, plus stars from the Frosted Friends set and you’ve got some really great accents for your holiday cards, right?

Let’s discuss how a little bit of heat embossing can make the difference on any card.  How this card really shines with this pop of white on Black Licorice! The contrast is the perfect way to add a sentiment to your Christmas cards this year!
