  • Prep black “chalkboard-like” paper and gold glitter paper. Die-cut shapes out of glitter paper.
  • Adhere “Happy New Year”.
  • Adhere branches above the sentiment.
  • Trim and add confetti circle.
  • Finish by adding the rest of confetti pieces.
