Holiday Home Decor – O Come Let Us Adore Him!
Hello, fun friends! We’ve started getting ready for the holidays around here, and we even kicked off our look at Christmas Cards. However, that’s not the only fun we can have creating for Christmas – we can do even more! So, we thought, why not create a piece of home decor that will be fun to create and coordinate with any other piece you display in your home this season? Let’s get to it!
WOW. Isn’t that stunning? It’s simplicity is breathtaking and we just love that and it’s neutral enough to combine with any other pieces you are displaying or you put up in your home. Let’s take a closer look at the pieces and how we can re-create this.
The base of both pieces is our House To Home Trio. We used a couple of the houses and painted them with our Whip Cream Acrylic Paint. Once it’s dry, we can get to add three layers of our Holy Nativity Die Set cut from Whip Cream Cardstock. In between the layers? We’re adhering them together with our Foam Squares to give it that amazing dimension that makes the piece extra special. Don’t you just love it?
Now, we love the dimensional aspect, but how about dressing it up? The Adore Him Stamp Set has this beautiful sentiment that we for sure want to be a little bit extra special. So, it’s easy to do that with Journey Gold Embossing Powder. It’s shiny and has a bit of texture — it’s the perfect accent for this project. Speaking of perfect accents? The Oatmeal Cookie Satin Ribbon is just neutral we love it on this piece!
Would this set be perfect in your home this year? We are loving and would love to see if you create something like this, too! Make sure you share with us on Facebook or tag us on Instagram when you create this holiday season!
