Don’t Forget the Envelope!
Hello, Fun friends! We love creating handmade cards and we know you do, too. We thought it might be fun to remind you of how you can really dress up your cards by dressing up the envelopes you send your cards in. Want to see what we came up with? Keep reading if you love beautiful projects!
Pretty, right? Not only is the card just perfect for the weddings you might be invited to this spring. But, the envelope is equally gorgeous! You know what else? This isn’t any ordinary envelope, it’s our Envelo-Box! Did you add bulky embellishments to your card? Then this envelope that acts like a box is just perfect because it can handle 3/8″ of your foam squares, buttons and more!
Do you notice anything else special about this particular Envelo-Box? Yup, it’s a little extra thanks to an embossing folder!

After we cut out the Envelo-Box, we embossed the flaps with the beautiful Mystic Impressions Embossing Folder. You wouldn’t believe how this simple step really turns a project into something extraordinary!

When we assemble the Envelo-Box, we make sure to use our Crease Tool to break down the fibers to make the perfect creases.

We also find that our Journey Craft Glue is the best for putting the Envelo-Box together. It really bonds the paper together and because it’s a wet glue, it gives you a bit of time to line the edges up just right.
Do you love this idea? Would you like to take your cards to the next level and personalize your envelopes, too? If you do, make sure to share with us on our Facebook Page or tag us on Instagram. We want to see all of your personalized creations!
