Hello. Where does the banner come from?

Hi! Just got my dies, I’m so excited to get started! In the video, the directions are a little unclear about cutting the white under layer to the truck. It looks like se is putting dimensionals on the die to cover the small cuts on the body of the truck, then cutting out a white truck without the slits?
Wish there was a written list of some of the more important steps. The rest is easy to figure out.
Thank for any clarification you can provide!

You need to die-cut the truck twice – once from the main color cardstock and once from white (or some other color to create the highlights or detail). Next, you need to inlay the skinny pieces into the main die cut. An easy way to do that is by adding foam squares from the back of the main die cut and popping the skinny pieces from the front of the die cut in as shown on video.
