I love peacocks. They are the national birds of India and have a prominent place in history and important life events like Weddings. I have three beautiful cards using a bunch of products from this collection that are perfect for life’s most important moments.

Textured Peacock

My first card uses the stunning Glorious Peacock die. It’s large and takes most of the space in an A2 card. This lets you create a beautiful card with minimal work! I started off by ink-blending the edges of waterfall cardstock with blue dye ink and heat embossed it with Peacock Motif 3D embossing folder. Then, I die-cut the peacock using shades of Lilac Blossom, Cosmic Sky, Saffron, Fern, Peridot, and Waterfall Cardstock and ink blended the edges using coordinating dye ink. Assembled it all together and added a few feathers using the tiny dies from Peacock Butterfly die set. Added a sentiment from Handwritten Sentiments Etched Dies and I was done.

Floral Peacock Butterfly

My next card uses the stunning Peacock Butterfly die that is, again, perfect on its own! Just like my previous card, I embossed barely peach cardstock with Peacock Motif 3D embossing folder. I then diecut the butterfly using shades of Lilac Blossom, Cosmic Sky, Saffron, Fern, Peridot, and Waterfall Cardstock and ink blended the edges using coordinating dye ink. Assembled it all together and added flowers from Four Petal Bloom Collection and Be Bold Blooms Collection cut out of Dahlia, Pink Sand, and Royal Amethyst cardstock. Added a sentiment from Handwritten Sentiments Etched Dies and I was done.

Peacock Feathers

My final card is also uses just the Feather Flourish 3D embossing folder and it looks stunning! I started off by applying black ink on the top panel of the embossing folder. Then, I diecut Peridot cardstock with shades of green and blue dye ink. I ran the cardstock through the embossing folder. I ended up with this stunning raised peacock feather panel. I filled in the feathers with shades of gold, blue, and purple using metallic markers. Added a sentiment from Yana’s Layered Script Sentiments to finish off my card!
