House Mouse Sweet Moments Collection With Brenda Noelke
Hello, crafty friends!! Brenda Noelke here from My PaperCut Creations! I’m super excited to be back on the Spellbinders blog today!! I’m sharing three cards featuring the House Mouse Sweet Moments Collection! I’m a huge fan of the mice in the House Mouse Collections! Such sweet images and the red rubber stamps beautifully!
WHERE FLOWERS BLOOM…
I’ve always loved this sentiment, so I knew I had to use it with the sweet Wishing For Spring stamp set!! I stamped the adorable mouse and the sentiment from the Wishing For Spring stamp set onto white cardstock with Copic-friendly black ink and colored it with Copic markers.
The panel was die-cut with the third largest stitched rectangle die in the Nested Postage Labels & Tag die set. It was splattered with diluted white ink to resemble snow. A panel of Plum cardstock was die-cut with the third largest postage die in the same set. They were adhered together with liquid glue and popped up in the center of an A2 white panel that was embossed with the Flurry of Snowflakes 3D embossing folder with foam tape.
LET’S CELEBRATE
My second card features the Cheers stamp set. The adorable mouse and was stamped in the upper, left corner of a panel of white cardstock with Copic-friendly black ink and colored with Copic markers.
The panel was die-cut with the largest stitched rectangle die in the Nested Postage Labels & Tag die set. I splattered it with diluted dye inks and set it aside to dry. Next, I die-cut a panel of Mahogany cardstock with the largest postage die in the same set. All of the panels were adhered together, then added to a white A2 card base. The sentiment, also from the Cheers stamp set, was white heat embossed onto Onyx cardstock, trimmed into a narrow banner, then popped up with foam tape.
THANKS SEW MUCH!
I began the third card the same way as the first two, by stamping the sweet mice from the Sew Sweet stamp set onto white cardstock with Copic-friendly black ink. After coloring it with Copics, I die-cut it with the third largest die in the A2 Matting Basics A die set, then I fussy cut it along the top edge. I stamped a panel of white cardstock with a tiny polka-dot stamp using pink dye ink, then die-cut it with the same die and adhered the scene image with liquid glue. I also die-cut a panel of Blue Spruce cardstock with the largest die in the same set.
The sentiment, one of three included in the Sew Sweet stamp set, was stamped directly onto the background with black ink. All of the layers were adhered together with liquid glue and this card was finished.
