Time to Party with the Jack of All Trades Add-On Wild Joker

Hi there, this is Annie Williams and I’m excited to be back on the blog today to share a fun card made with the new Wild Joker Add-On to the Jack of All Trades Collection by Jaycee Gaspar. The joker was always my favorite card in the deck, so I was thrilled to see this add-on set to Jaycee’s amazing collection!

PARTY TIME CARD

The Wild Joker Die Set creates such a detailed and playful joker design, I thought he would be perfect for a birthday card for a poker-loving friend. Here I used a few elements from the original collection to create a fun scene for this delightful character. There’s a lot going on in this card, but I think it fits with the ostentatious nature of a joker!

Die cut Pomegranate, Raven, Mirror Gold, and white cardstock using the Wild Joker Die Set and assemble him in dancing form with liquid glue. Add gold playing cards and the fun joker staff to his hands. Die cut Pomegranate and Raven Cardstock using the suits dies from the Pip & Rank Die Set.

Apply Gold Hot Foil to white cardstock using the It’s My Party Glimmer Sentiments Set and cut the sentiment out with the coordinating die.  Ink the Deluxe Deck Press Plate up with Coastline Ink and press it onto Breeze Cardstock.  Once dry, trim the panel down to 4” x 5.25” and mount on a top-folding A2-sized white card base with foam adhesive.  Add the joker, suits symbols, and sentiment to the front of the card with more foam adhesive.
