Country Christmas Collection Introduction with Annie Williams

Hi there, crafty friends, this is Annie Williams, and I’m so excited to introduce my new collection with Spellbinders called Country Christmas.  I love the magic of the holiday season and have always wanted to design a Christmas collection.  Country Christmas combines some of my favorite rural scenes and décor pieces with rustic holiday charm.  And if you picked up some of the items from my first collection, Country Road, then you will find many of the products work great with this collection too!

There are seven products in this collection – five die sets, a BetterPress plate & die set, and a 3D embossing folder.  Each product was carefully designed to be versatile and to work with other items from the collection.  Many are useful well beyond the holiday season just by removing a few Christmas elements.  I hope you’ll be inspired to create all kinds of beautiful and cozy projects!

Christmas Rocking Chair Die Set

The Christmas Rocking Chair Die Set allows you to create a beautiful layered rocking chair with pillow, blanket, and teddy bear.  Add a pair of Santa boots and a Christmas tree in a galvanized bucket for that holiday feel, or leave them out and create a sweet baby card or everyday card.  Create a porch scene with outdoor décor as well!

Country Christmas Barn Die Set

The Country Christmas Barn Die Set includes all the dies you need to build a cute, oversized barn that fills the front of an A2-sized card or can be placed on an A7-sized card to add more scenic elements around it.  Decorate it for the holidays using the wreath, light strands, and pine trees or leave it plain to create projects during the rest of the year.  Slip a sentiment or Christmas tree into the open barn doors for something extra or keep them shut for a simpler look.

The Country Christmas Banner & Sentiments Press Plate & Die Set has all of the sentiments you need to finish off your country Christmas creations!  Ten sweet greetings in a gorgeous script font can be foiled or letterpressed and then cut out with one of three different shapes of banners or signs.  Add grommets and ties using the included dies to attach the banner to your Country Christmas Barn or horse-drawn wagon!

Country Christmas 3D Embossing Folder

Lastly, the Country Christmas 3D Embossing Folder reminds me of a beautiful quilt pattern and can provide your projects with an intricate background or just an accent panel.  Among the weaving holly leaves are classic Christmas icons like wreaths, ornaments, stars, and trees.  The folder is 5.5” x 8.5”, so it’s possible to emboss the background of all of the popular sizes of cards.  Ink it before or after and use both the embossed and debossed sides of your cardstock for tons of possibilities.
