Hexi-Gems Collection – Card Inspiration with Annie Williams
Hi there, this is Annie Williams and I’m excited to be back on the blog today to share a couple of projects using the new Hexi-Gems Collection from Spellbinders. I loved playing with different ways to use this fun new shape in my cardmaking and was inspired to create a couple of pretty cards in three different styles. Sleek and Modern Friendship Card Since we’re working with “gems” here, I pulled out my favorite color of Glimmer Hot Foil to use with the new Hexi-Gem Glimmer Hot Foil Plate. Moondust Hot Foil creates an amazing iridescent finish that reminds me of blue topaz. Here I did some simple foiling for…

Country Road Inspiration Ideas with Rachel Alvarado
Hello crafty friends! It’s Rachel Alvarado from RachelAlvaradoDesigns.com, and I have a few projects to share with you today that feature products from the gorgeous new Country Road Collection by Annie Williams. Rustic Greeting Card For my first project, I created an A2-sized card featuring items from the Rustic Garden, Garden Builder, and Seasonal Décor Etched Die Sets. For both my large wagon wheel and barrel, I die-cut my lighter pieces from some Portobello Cardstock and lightly blended them with Gathered Twigs and Ground Espresso Distress Inks to add some shading. I then cut the darker pieces from a piece of Timber Cardstock and adhered them all together. I die-cut…

Hi there, this is Annie Williams and I’m excited to be back on the blog today to share a couple of projects using the new Floral Friendship Collection from Spellbinders. The soft floral patterns, gorgeous die-cut elements, and fun embellishments in this collection inspired me to create three pretty springtime cards for different occasions. Floral Friendship Paper Suite Collection with Leica Palma
Hello crafty friends! It’s Leica here and today I’m sharing three cards featuring the Floral Friendship Paper Suite Collection. I absolutely love this collection – the paper pad includes beautiful soft floral patterns with a color combination of teal, pale green, mauve, pink, and yellow. Some of the papers have foiled accents. They are stunning and can be effortlessly mixed and matched with the die cuts, frames, and gemstones from the same collection. I started creating clusters of embellishments by gluing and foam mounting some pieces together. For my first card, I used papers from the Floral Friendship Paper Pad and white cardstock. I cut the papers with dies from…
