Dimensional Flowers with Clean and Simple Backgrounds
Winter’s Grace Garden Collection by Susan Tierney-Cockburn. In addition to her usual dimensional flowers, there’s also a beautiful 3D embossing folder that’s worthy of its own card. The background embossed with the Norwegian Rosemaling 3D Embossing Folder was cut to 4 x 5 1/4” and adhered to a second panel cut from the largest Perfect Touch Rectangles and Tag Etched Dies. These flowers are the Cymbidium Orchid and Ladybugs Etched Dies cut from Susan’s Garden Specialty Cardstock and colored with alcohol markers. At first look, this collection may appear to be for scrapbooking enthusiasts but I’m here to show you how easily they can be used for card making. Hello, it’s Jean Manis here and I am excited to share three cards created with products in the Spellbinders All Seasons Scrapbooking Collection. The lowercase script font used in the sentiments has a timeless elegance and versatile appeal, making the sentiments perfect for any season and occasion. I have used three of the collection’s BetterPress sets and one of the die sets, along with other Spellbinders die sets, to create a fall, a Christmas, and an Easter card. I am thrilled to be back on the Spellbinders blog today sharing some new, gorgeous sentiment sets from the All Seasons Scrapbooking Collection. These sentiment sets will go perfectly with almost any other Spellbinders product that you own and can be used all year round.
