Yana’s Blooming Birthday Collection | Card Inspiration with Annie Williams
Hi there, this is Annie Williams and I’m so excited to have the opportunity to share a couple of projects using the new Yana’s Blooming Birthday Collection from Spellbinders. The modern backgrounds, gorgeous florals, and beautiful sentiments inspired me to create three cards in different styles for various occasions. Foiled Floral Card The Glimmering Peony Foil Plate is so gorgeous, I had to start with this piece from the collection first. I chose to watercolor a couple of copies of the image for a fresh and elegant excouragement card. Yana’s Blooming Birthday Card Set with Lea Lawson
Hi crafty friends! Lea Lawson here today to share a card set featuring the new products from Yana’s Blooming Birthday collection. This is such a gorgeous collection of Glimmer Hot Foil plates and coordinating dies. Let’s take a look at how I created these cards! I started by working on foiling the backgrounds to 4.25” x 5.5” panels of heavyweight watercolor paper with my Glimmer Hot Foil System. I had five panels in total, and I did the following foiling to each one, all in Aura colored foil. Foiled the Glimmering Peony 4 times to create a full background.
