Destinations China Inspiration | Beijing Layout & Cards with Zsoka
Hello crafty friends, Zsoka here with you today to share a few projects that I’ve created with the new Spellbinders/Lene Lok Destination China collection! Since my boyfriend had to travel to China on business a couple of times this year I actually have plenty of photos I could scrap using this collection! For now I only did one but I bet I’ll do more in the future. I actually found the perfect picture to use with the gorgeous Lanterns dies since the lanterns in the picture look like one of the lantern dies, ha! I went with a color combo that I never use for scrapbook pages but thought it…

Destinations China Inspiration | Intricate Die Ink Blending with Keeway
Hi crafty friends! It’s Keeway from Kiwi Koncepts, and I’m here to share some inspiration with the Destination China collection by Lene Lok. Last time I created some traditional lunar new year cards with strong red and gold colors, but today I decided to take a softer take using the Lucky Clouds dies from the collection. I love this die! Clouds often times symbolize the celestial realm, which is a setting that comes up a lot in the Chinese story tales I’ve read growing up, so seeing these iconic cloud shapes bring back a lot of memories. Although this die is also intricate, the cloud shapes were still easy to…

Hello friends! Elena Salo is here again! Today I’m sharing a second post where I show how you can use new collection of dies from Lene Lok – Destination China. Here you can find the first project. Many of my favorite dies are from Lene Lok’s collections, because I like all geometrical shapes she creates in her dies. And this collection is also full of such dies. Today I’d like to show you two more cards I created with these release. I created two card bases out of red cardstock. Then I die cut labels out of red, black and white cardstock using Chinese Knot Frame and Chinese Coin Window sets of…

Hi crafty friends! Its Keeway from Kiwi Koncepts, and I’m here to bring you some classic lunar new year inspiration with the Destination China collection by Lene Lok. Lunar New Year celebrates the new year of the traditional lunar calendar which often happens in February. This year it falls on February 5th and it’s the year of the pig! When it comes to Lunar New Year, the use of red and gold are not only prominent, but meaningful to represent good fortune and joy, so it meant a lot for me to use these traditional colors in my projects today. The Destination China collection by Lene Lok carries beautiful traditional…

Destination China Inspiration | Floral Greeting Cards with Elena
Hi dear friends! Elena Salo is here today! I’m happy to introduce you the new collection from Spellbinders – Destinations China by Lene Lok. And for today’s post I created two cards using this beautiful release. Here I used several dies from Destination China Collection. The main set that I’ve use here was Lucky Clouds. When I die-cut it for the first time I noticed that with leftovers I can create very beautiful flowers. So I made them and embellished my cards. For the second card I used Chinese Coin Window die from the new collection to create a circle border. I partially die-cut Lucky Cloud Die using pink cardstock and…
