Die D-Lites Holiday Inspiration | Treat Bag with Anya Lunchenko
Hello everyone! My name is Anya Lunchenko, I am excited to be a guest designer on the Spellbinders blog! Holiday related projects are my favorite to create and today I wanted to share with you a treat bag I made using some of my favorite dies by Spellbinders. I used the Silhouette digital die cutting machine to cut the bag shape and a number of different Spellbinders dies to decorate it. After assembling the bag together, I made two dimensional Christmas trees and added them to the bag with pop dots. I used the Nuvo drops in white to add the snow effect to these trees. To the right of…

Faux Stained-Glass Holiday Cards by Christine Smith as seen in Simply Cards and Papercraft Issue 183
Today we have a special guest – Christine Smith (visit Christine’s Blog and Youtube channel) sharing her Stained-Glass Holiday Cards Masterclass published in the Simply Cards and Papercraft Issue 183 (you can purchase this issue HERE). The faux-stained glass look is such an easy technique to master, and it’s so versatile too! Leave this base piece to dry overnight, then simply add another die-cut over the top to give a neat and finished look. For a really…

Die D-Lites Holiday Inspiration | Clean and Simple Christmas Tags with Laurie Willison
Hello Crafty Friends! It’s Laurie Laurie Willison here. I am so glad you are joining me today. Today I wanted to share a variety of tags using the Holiday D-lites Dies. They are the most adorable dies that create amazing dimension when embossed. Today I am using the Reindeer, Santa, Snowman and Christmas Tree D-lite dies. I tend to make lots of tags for gifts at Christmas time and the simpler the better when it comes to mass production. To create these tags, I used the D-lites Santa and Reindeeer dies. The Santa tag was created using a basic tag die along with a Rectangle die to create an embossed…

Die D-Lites Holiday Inspiration | Christmas Tree Cards with Kimberly Crawford
Hello everyone! Kimberly Crawford back again today to share another peek at the Holiday Die D-Lites. I don’t know about you, but when I get a brand-new set of dies, I cut them right away. That way I can see what they look like, see the size, see the details, see all the good stuff! So often I get so focused on the image (positive cut image) that I forget to take a look at the left-over pieces (negative image). Christmas Tree Die D-Lites are a perfect example of a set of dies that have incredible positive and negative images! The original die cut image is meant to layer together…

Die D-Lites Holiday Inspiration | More Christmas Cards with Enza Gudor
Hello there! This is Enza Gudor, and today I’m back to share a new set of cards showcasing the adorable Holiday Die D-Lites Dies. You can find my first post here. I decided to go with a less traditional color scheme this time: pink and teal, with touches of red and green. For the first card, I used the Die D-Lites Christmas Dies and the Die D-Lites Snowflakes Dies. I started by adhering a 4×5.5” teal plaid patterned paper onto an A2 sized pink dotted paper. I then assembled the tree. I love that this set comes with two dies that allow you to create separate layers and have fun with colors and patterns!…

They both feature a horizontal design and dimensional elements. For the first one, I used…
