Full Foiled Background This collection includes the beautiful Scattered Hearts Background Glimmer Hot Foil Plate so therefore, I started by setting up my Glimmer Hot Foil System and Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine on my crafting table then, I turned on the glimmer hot foil platform.
