Dimensional Paper Flowers on Cards

I have three projects to share with you today that feature the gorgeous new Victorian Garden Collection by Susan Tierney-Cockburn. Hi there, this is Annie Williams and I’m excited to be back on the blog today to share a couple of projects using the new Victorian Garden Collection by Susan Tierney-Cockburn.
