Three Different Season Cards
Hello Crafty Friends, Heejung Hunsberger here! I’m thrilled to be returning as a guest designer for Spellbinders this month again! If you’d like to get to know me better, visit my blog or follow me on Instagram. Additionally, I have a YouTube channel where I regularly post video tutorials. Today, I’m sharing three seasonal cards featuring the All Season Collection. I made cards for Spring, Autumn, and Winter, which are all included in this post. Winter I embossed the white cardstock using the Hexi Snowflake embossing folder of July 24. Then, I used the Emerald Cut Labels and Tag Die to die-cut Sage-colored cardstock to create the frame. After that,…

Christmas Cardmaking using Contemporary Colours
Hello there crafters! Lisa Tilson here with you today on the Spellbinders blog. I’m excited to be here to show you some ideas using the Home For The Holidays Collection. For my three cards today, I thought it would be fun to use modern, contemporary colors for a super pretty Christmas vibe. I love traditional colors at Christmas, but it’s always good to shake it up a little and I usually end up with a fairly even mix of styles. The Home For The Holidays Collection is a big one and it is packed with super fun dies, gorgeous press plates, beautiful sentiments, and an embossing folder that actually could…

Non-Traditional Christmas in July
Hi everyone, Ilina Crouse here, and I am thrilled to be on the Spellbinders blog. My favorite season for crafting and cardmaking is Christmas and I am thrilled to be working with the Home for the Holidays collection in the middle of super-hot July. For the main colors I chose pinks, aquas, pale grays, greens, and accents of gold, but added other colors as I saw fit. Poinsettia…

Hello there, Michelle Short here and I am delighted to be back on the Spellbinders blog today sharing three cards using the Home for the Holidays Collection. This collection features lots of dies and press plates and I am using a few on my cards today. All my cards feature the color blue today. I did not plan for that when I was making them, but I do like blue for the holidays, especially when combined with white and red! NICK For my first card, I have combined St. Nick Etched Dies with the Sprinkled Confetti Press Plate to make a mini slimline card. To make this card: Die cut…

Creating Cheerful Cards Using the Home for the Holidays Collection
Hello, crafty friends! Isha Gupta here and I am so happy to be on the Spellbinders blog featuring the Home For The Holidays Collection. This collection is so much fun and is packed full of gorgeous products including some beautiful press plates. I chose just a few of the products for the post today and decided on a slightly non-traditional color palette. I feel it’s never to soon to start on the Holiday cards. Merry Card The inspiration for the first card was the Registration Press Plate Color Mix Merry. I used the Night and Day Pines press plate and the Better press machine to get a subtle impression onto…

Mini Slimnline Trio Featuring Copperplate Holiday Sentiments
Hello there, Michelle Short here and I am delighted to be back on the Spellbinders blog today sharing three cards using the Copperplate Holiday Sentiments Collection by Paul Antonio. These beautiful script sentiments can be used in lots of different ways, and I love that they are large, so take center stage on the cards! These are Press Plates but can be foiled too, as you will see from my cards. I decided to make mini slimline cards today (3.5” x 6”) as I felt the sentiments fitted well with that design, but they work perfectly for all shapes and sizes of cards too! MERRY CHRISTMAS For my first card,…
