You can dress up the ghosts with hats, glasses, ties, etc. – so cute! For today, I thought it would be fun to take the witch’s hat from the Bewitched set to add on to my ghost! STEP 1 – DIE-CUTTING THE GHOST + WITCH’S HAT Cut pieces of cardstock slightly larger than the size of the dies.
