Cuppa Coffee, Cuppa Tea Inspiration | Robin & Rosy Mug Card with Melissa Phillips
Hello! Melissa Phillips here one last time with another card created with the sweet, new die collection from Sharon Sowell, the Cuppa Coffee, Cuppa Tea Collection. Each die set in this line is amazing and a true joy to create with! You can see my 2 other projects using this collection here and here. Today I’ve selected the Robin & Rosy Mug die set. I couldn’t resist the tiny bird and teacup included in this set. I began by die-cutting my bird from cream cardstock and adding color through ink blending. Hello everyone. This is Jean Manis, and I am delighted to be on the blog with another project showcasing the Cuppa Coffee, Cuppa Tea Collection by Sharyn Sowell. In case you missed my first post, you can find it here. Today, I have a sweetheart card combining several of the sets in the collection. To begin, I die cut pieces from the Tea Pots set (tea pots), the Coffee Brewing set (coffee pots), the Cup and Beans set (beans), and the Robin and Rosy Mug set (tea bag and heart) from white cardstock, to which I had applied double-sided adhesive. Hi, I’m Sharyn Sowell, back again to introduce a new collection of dies for Spellbinders. Every one of my dies is an exact reproduction of what I do by cutting paper freehand with a pair of ordinary scissors. It’s kind of like sketching with scissors instead of a pen. But you get the same results with a die so much faster! I’m an occasional barista, and one morning as I worked a friend complimented me on the best caramel macchiato ever.
