Hello! It’s Amy Tsuruta with two projects that use the sweet new Felt Stitch & Create Collection by Nichol Spohr. The newest collection includes two die sets that are perfect for plushies, home decor, cards and so much more! They are a wonderful addition to the Nichol Spohr collection. I decided to create a home decor project and a card. My first project features the Felt Carrot Companion as a home decor project. I used the following colors of felt: Holiday Collection – Rosy, Mossy, Coal; Warm Collection – Raspberry; Trend Collection – Clay; Neutral Collection – Aloe. Spring Plushies
Hello there, Michelle Short here and I am delighted to be back on the Spellbinders blog using the Spring Felt Stitch & Create collection by Nichol Spohr. There is a bunny (and carrot) in this collection, as well as a hen, and if you love sewing and stitching, these are really fun to create! For these plushies, I like to stitch with 3 strands of floss. However, you can definitely just use two if you like. Whether you choose to coordinate floss and felt colors, or add a contrast, will affect the finished look.
