Join Kim Kesti in the Creative Classroom to get the skinny on Spellbinders Slimline dies. In today’s video, Kim creates an elegant shaped slimline card that’s easier to make than you think! How do you make a shaped slimline card? Trim cardstock to be 8.5×7″and fold it in half to create an 8.5×3.5″ card base, just as you would create a traditional slimline card. Next, lay the slimline outline die just over the folded edge of the cardstock and die cut so that it creates small hinge points where the die hung over the fold. See? For any number of occasions, you can create elegant slimline cards with the collection’s products. Let’s take a look! A “Happy Birthday” card featuring an inked and glimmer-foiled background Ink Snowdrift cardstock panel measuring 3 ⅛”x 8 ⅛” with Distress Oxide inks. Allow to dry.
