Hi there, Karen Brown here and I am so excited to be on The Spellbinders Blog today! I have three projects from The Beautiful Sentiment Vignettes Collection by Becca Feeken. This is a lovely set and each card makes such an elegant statement. The projects would be so pretty in gold and white, but I went a bit more bold with black and teal frames and then mixed in colorful floral die cuts. Sweet Street Cards with Mona Toth
Hi, it’s Mona Toth here, in this post I have three sweet and colorful card inspirations for you. In this project I am featuring various stamp sets from the super cute Sweet Street collection by Tina Smith. For all the three cards I have created my own pastel rainbow patterned cardstock with paper piecing. To achieve this beautiful pastel rainbow look I have trimmed 0.25” x 8.5” sized strips from Color Essentials Cardstocks in the following shades: Pink Sand, Beeswax, Peridot, Waterfall, Purple Mist. The delicious confections, fun peekaboo elements, and sugary sentiments inspired me to create three sweet cards for various occasions.
