The Floral Friendship Suite Card Ideas With Brenda Noelke
Hello, fellow crafters and cardmakers!! Brenda Noelke here from My PaperCut Creations! I’m thrilled to be guest posting on the Spellbinders blog again today! I’m sharing three cards using the Floral Friendship Suite Collection!! This collection is absolutely beautiful!!
These cards came together so quickly by just mixing and matching different elements from the collection!! I fell IN LOVE with the watercolor papers and die-cuts!! The only supplies I added to my cards today, other than this collection, were a couple of pieces of cardstock.
THANK YOU CARD
For this card, I layered a couple of patterned papers and adhered them to an A2 panel of Pink Sand Cardstock, before adding them to a white card base. I adhered a few pre-printed die-cuts with liquid glue.
I adhered one of the printed sentiment die-cuts to another piece of patterned paper, then added it behind one of the chipboard frames. A dimensional butterfly sticker and a couple of gemstones finish off the card.
YOU ARE AMAZING CARD
My second card features more of the beautiful paper from the Floral Friendship Paper Pad!!
I adhered a strip of green patterned paper to the left side of an A2 card base, then added the floral paper on top. Next, I adhered one of the chipboard frames to the background.
A printed sentiment strip and sentiment die-cut were popped up with foam tape. A dimensional butterfly sticker and a couple of gemstones finish this one off.
SPECIAL DAY CARD
My third card could really be used for any occasion…I think it would be beautiful for a wedding.
This time, I die-cut the patterned paper with the largest die in the A-2 Matting Basics A Die Set and adhered it to an A2 panel of Partly Cloudy Cardstock. I adhered floral and bird die-cuts and offset two of the printed sentiment die-cuts.
The printed sentiment banner was popped up with foam adhesive.
THANK YOU CARD
My fourth and final card combines many of the same elements as the other three.
I trimmed the patterned paper slightly smaller than A2 and adhered it to a panel of Pink Sand Cardstock. Some of the printed die-cuts were adhered to the background.
A chipboard frame, dimensional butterfly sticker, two printed sentiment die-cuts and a gold heart from the printed die-cut set combine beautifully on this card. A couple of gemstones were the perfect finishing touch.
