With cute die sets, gorgeous sentiments, and versatile BetterPress plates, this collection is perfect for creating fun holiday cards or even a custom calendar. Today, I chose to focus on the beautiful Three Magi Stamp & Die Set and add a fun background for this simple card with tons of impact. Die-cut the robes of the magi out of yellow, teal, and red cardstocks using the Three Magi Stamp & Die Set. Here I chose a light, medium, and dark tone from each color…

Feminine Monochromatic Cards
Hello! Jen Kotas is here today with three cards featuring the Gorgeous You Collection. This collection includes four dies sets, press plate sentiments and a 3D embossing folder. This collection made me want to make mostly monochromatic cards. They were perfect to pair with the new ColorWheel Cardstock. I went through the new ColorWheel Cardstock and picked three or four shades of pink, teal, and purple. I used less than one sheet for these three cards plus I made several other cards. Emboss an A2 panel of white cardstock with the Cross My Heart 3D Embossing Folder. Blend on pink ink from the bottom fading to white. Adhere to an…

Alcohol Marker Colored Images using Simon Hurley Stamps and Dies
Hello! Jen Kotas here today with three cards featuring Simon Hurley Stamps and Coordinating Dies. There’s so much to love about these products. The woodland animals are precious and there’s so many images in that set. The wreaths are gorgeous and the little artist critters are adorable. I’m most comfortable using alcohol markers but there are so many other mediums you could use. Tag me with the one you choose to color these images with. Emboss a piece of cream cardstock with the Bark 3D Embossing Folder. Drag brown ink pad across panel just catching the embossed areas. Cut to 4 x 5 1/4” and adhere to card base. Stamp…

Hi there my Spellbinders’ friends! My name is Jaycee Gaspar and I’m so excited to share three cards featuring Yana’s Poppies by Yana Smakula. This collection features gorgeous poppy images in Yana’s signature die-cut outline style. Ever since I saw Yana’s Anemone Blooms, I have been hooked by the distinguished look. I decided to go bold with gold accents to complement these poppy designs. Up first, I used both the Yana’s Poppy die set and Poppy Background BetterPress Press Plate for this black and gold statement card. I used the…

This is Jean Manis and I’m excited to share three Christmas cards I created with die sets in the Spellbinders Cats and Pugs Collection by Bibi Cameron. Let’s dive into the details, and I’ll provide tips and tricks for working with these sets. These intricate sets are like jigsaw puzzles; they require careful planning, cutting, and assembly, but the results are truly rewarding. Before cutting, I recommend printing out the die set parts image from the product page. This allows you to make notes and identify parts as…

Trio of Cards, Featuring the Nichol’s Needlework Collection
Hello crafty friends! It’s Jung here, and I am back with another guest post on the Spellbinders blog. For my projects today, I’m working with the Nichol’s Needlework collection. As a needlework lover, I jumped at the chance to work with this collection. First, I started out by die-cutting the hoop elements for all three cards. I die-cut the perforated circles, the hoop frames, and the gold screw pieces. I wanted the hoop frames to be slightly raised, so I cut extra and glued 2 together for each card. I also glued the hoop screw to the back of the frame. Then, I die-cut several embroidery scissors, needles, and spools…
