Join Kim Kesti in the Creative Classroom as she revisits the Sunday Drive collection. Parts of Sunday Drive will likely be familiar to you, with its cute car and interchangeable license plates. We’ve added to this popular collection to create more options to customize this set for seasons and occasions throughout the year, plus plenty of options for any occasion.

We love seeing the cards you’ve created for birthdays, weddings, and holidays throughout the year, including Easter, Halloween and Christmas. And now, we’re adding another new addition to the Sunday Drive family, called Liberty Sunday Drive. You’ll love creating the adorable Uncle Sam and Miss Liberty to ride in your festive patriotic cars.

To begin today’s card idea, Kim starts with the Sun Burst stencil and Spellbinders Lovely Blue Liquid Color to create a background. Then she begins to assemble her scene. Watch the video to see how Kim assembles the elements of her Liberty Sunday Drive card. She describes the process as coloring with cardstock, as she paper-pieces the car and characters for her card.

To further complement all of your Sunday Drive cards, we also have a brand new clear stamp set packed with sentiments called Sunday Drive All Occasion Sentiments. They all fit on the trunk to customize your Sunday Drive cards. (Plus, you can use the stamps on other projects too!)

We’re so glad you joined us today! You’ll find us live each week on the Spellbinders Facebook page and YouTube channel every Friday at 10 am MST. Subscribe, so you don’t miss a thing!

As usual the video was fun and informative. I like the card both ways; but my fav is with the road. This and the truck series are so cheery and fun to make; I find recipients always seem to love them! Hope to see more holidays and perhaps some different car bodies! It would be fun to have some stencils for scenery – sky lines, farms, etc.
