House Mouse Winter Inspiration

Hello, crafty friends!! Brenda Noelke here from My PaperCut Creations! I’m thrilled to be a guest on the Spellbinders blog again today! I’m sharing three cards featuring the House Mouse Winter Collection!! All of the mice in the House Mouse Collections are just darling and this one is no exception!!

I LOVE YOU

How perfect is this set for Valentine’s Day? I stamped the adorable mouse and the sentiment from the Candy Hearts stamp set onto white cardstock with Copic-friendly black ink and colored it with Copic markers. The way these stamps are illustrated makes it so easy to color them!

The panel was die-cut with the second largest die in the A2 Matting Basics A die set and adhered to a panel of Pink Sand cardstock that was die-cut with the largest die in the same set. To finish, I adhered it to an A2 white card base with liquid glue.

SENDING HUGS

My second card features the Snuggle Up stamp set. The mice and sentiment were stamped with Copic-friendly black ink and colored with Copics.

The panel was die-cut with the third largest die in the A2 Matting Basics A die set and I added some clouds with a stencil and distress oxide ink. I die-cut a panel of Fern cardstock with the largest die in the same set, then embossed it with the Leafy 3D embossing folder. All of the panels were adhered together, then added to a white A2 card base and this one was finished.

YOU WARM MY HEART

I began the third card the same way as the first two, by stamping the sweet mice from the Knit One stamp set onto white cardstock with Copic-friendly black ink. After coloring it with Copics, I die-cut it with the third largest die in the A2 Matting Basics A die set. I also die-cut a panel of patterned paper with the largest die in the same set.

The sentiment, one of three included in the Knit One stamp set, was white heat embossed onto Onyx cardstock, trimmed into a narrow banner and popped up with foam tape.
