They were designed by the talented Zsoka Marko and fit beautifully with the rest of that Collection. The first thing I thought of when I saw this die set was folk art. After looking at dozens of folk-art designs on Pinterest, I was inspired to make a few cards with dark backgrounds. After years of making white-only backgrounds, it’s fun to try something new. Hello there, Michelle Short here to share some inspiration using the Nordic Ornaments Etched Dies from the Winter Tales Collection by Zsoka Marko. The whole collection is amazing, but I am focusing on the Nordic Ornaments today to share three different ways to use them. SEASON’S GREETINGS For my first project, I wanted to go with a Nordic feel, so I chose a color palette of red and blue, with lots of white space. I die-cut the longer of the two Nordic Ornaments twice from Cosmic Sky, Glacier and Poppy Field Cardstock. The toppers were die cut using Brushed Silver Cardstock.
