Cardmaking Ideas with House Mouse Everyday Collection
Hello, crafty friends!! Brenda Noelke here from My PaperCut Creations! I’m so excited to be a guest on the Spellbinders blog today! I’m sharing three cards featuring the House-Mouse Everyday Collection!! I absolutely adore all the House Mouse Collections and couldn’t wait to get my hands on this new collection!! This set would be perfect to box up and give to someone as a gift, as it includes get well, birthday, and all occasion cards!!
GET WELL SOON
How darling is this scene? I stamped the Froggy Throat stamp set onto white cardstock with Copic-friendly black ink and colored it with Copic markers. Both sentiments, from the same set, were stamped with red dye ink.
It was die-cut with the largest die in the A2 Matting Basics A die set and adhered to an A2 panel of Pomegranate cardstock. To finish, I added some highlights with a white gel pen.
HAPPIEST OF BIRTHDAYS!
My second card features the Party Steamers stamp set. The mouse and sentiment were stamped with Copic-friendly black ink and colored with Copics.
I trimmed the panel and adhered a multi-colored diagonal striped pattern paper to the top and bottom, then adhered it to an A2 panel of Onyx cardstock. I finished this one off by adding highlights with a white gel pen, as well.
SPECIAL DELIVERY
I began the third card the same way as the first two, by stamping the sweet mice and the sentiment from the Mouse Mail stamp set onto white cardstock with Copic-friendly black ink. After coloring it with Copics, I die-cut it with the second largest die in the A2 Matting Basics A die set. I also die-cut a panel of Onyx cardstock with the largest die in the same set.
The panels were adhered together and added to a panel of Pomegranate cardstock. I added just a few highlights to the mailbox with (you guessed it!) a white gel pen to complete the card.
