Spellbinders Exclusive Collection Inspiration!
Hello, crafty friends! I am Heejung Hunsberger, excited to be a guest designer again this month. If you want to know me better, visit my blog or Instagram. I also have a YouTube channel where I post a lot of video tutorials.
Today, I am sharing four cards that feature the Kaleidoscope Garden BetterPress Plate and the Colorful Burst Flower Dies from the Spellbinders Exclusive Collection. These products are available exclusively on the Spellbinders website.
Colorful Happy Birthday Cards
I enjoyed coloring the Kaleidoscope Garden design with markers so much that I did it multiple times!

- Die-cut the Hot Foiled Sentiments with the Essential Diamonds Die.
- Attach the colored panel onto the Dahlia color cardstock.
- Attach the sentiment using the white foam adhesive to the colored panel.

Colorful Burst Flower Card
It’s always fun to try new ways of using the BetterPress Plate. Initially, I attempted to create different design cards using the Kaleidoscope Garden BetterPress Plate. I used three different shades of green ink on the plate and blended them together. However, the top sections of the images didn’t meet my expectations. I almost discarded the plate, but I couldn’t bring myself to do it because I loved the color-blending effect. So, instead, I decided to use it as a background for my card.
- BetterPress printed with Deck the Halls, Grass Skirt, and Lime Rickey inks using the Kaleidoscope Garden BP Plate.
- Blending the Deck the Halls, Grass Skirt, and Lime Rickey inks with Paper Pouncers on the Pressed paper.
- Die-cut the Colorful Burst Flower Dies from white cardstock, and color the die-cut pieces with OLO markers.
- Attached colored Flowers to the blended color panel.
- Gold Hot foiled the More Sentiments Glimmer Hot Foil Plate on the white card stock.
- Attach the sentiment using the white foam adhesive to the colored panel.
- Finish with the white enamel dot on the card.
