Hello there, my crafty friends! Leica here, excited to share three card ideas using the Sealed For Christmas collection. Two have that cozy Christmas feel, while the other one is perfect for celebrating someone’s birthday. You can totally use this collection for other special occasions, too! Let’s talk about the first card. I had so much fun with the Sealed Christmas Sprigs Etched Dies. The poinsettia and cabbage rose shapes are just lovely. I used colorful paper from Spellbinders – Dahlia, Fern, Peridot, Pink Sand, and Rainforest. The shiny part at the middle of the flowers is made from gold foam sheets, and they twinkle so nicely. Stitched Numbers and Punctuation Inspiration With Jennifer Kotas
Hello! I’m Jen Kotas from Who Stole My Glitter and I’m happy to be here today to share three cards featuring the Stitched Numbers and More Collection. I absolutely love stitching on cards and these new numbers and punctuation complement the stitched letters and are a new favorite. The instructions for each card are mostly the same so I’ve written them out only once, making note of differences. Die cut the stitched number, punctuation, and letter dies from Stitched Numbers and Stitched Punctuation and Symbols Etched Dies out of the desired color of cardstock twice and adhere them together. Metamorphosis Collection Cardmaking Ideas
Hello crafty friends! It’s Jung here, and I am back with another guest post on the Spellbinders blog. Today, I made 3 cards using the new Metamorphosis collection by Simon Hurley. Butterfly Hugs Card For my first card, I used butterflies, stained glass window, and sentiment dies. I started out my card with the stained glass window. I used Distress inks to ink blend a panel of white cardstock. Next, I taped the outer die to the detailed die to keep the spacing the same.
