Custom Christmas Gift Tags by Annie Williams – Using Electronic and Manual Machines Together
Hi there, this is Annie Williams and I’m excited to be back on the blog once again today to share some pretty foiled gift tags made by combining digital cutting files with some of the latest Christmas products from Spellbinders. One of the benefits of using electronic cutting machines in your papercrafting is the ability to cut custom names and phrases to truly personalize a project. However, I still like to use my manual machine to add the texture and shine that really makes the project pop. I always like to create extra special gift tags for my closest loved ones at Christmas. My Silhouette CAMEO can cut multiple tag…

Inspiration with Susan’s Garden Club Collection with Andrea Shell
Hello! It’s Andrea Shell back with you sharing three projects created with the gorgeous Susan’s Garden Club Collection. For all of my projects, I followed Susan’s method of coloring (with Copics) and shaping the flowers as demonstrated in her videos on the Spellbinders YouTube channel. I die cut all of the flowers from Susan’s Specialty Cardstock and used her Ultimate Tool Kit to shape the flowers. For my first card, I combined the cute rainboots from the Oriental Lilies and Wellies Dies with the flowers from the Gladiolus and Berry Picking Basket Dies. When my daughter was little, she had a pair of pink, polka dot rainboots, so I patterned these…

Susan’s Garden Club Collection – Floral Card Trio with Annie Williams
Hi there, this is Annie Williams and I’m excited to be back on the blog today to share a couple of projects using the new Garden Club Collection by Susan Tierney-Cockburn. The gorgeous blooms and unique planters in this collection inspired me to create three bright and cheery floral cards featuring realistic blooms in all different vessels. I loved the big bold blooms in the Cactus Dahlia and Ornamental Garden Pottery Die Set, so I decided to try these first. My favorite variety of dahlia is coral-tipped and I tried to emulate this with paper on this bright thank you card. Die cut Barely Peach Cardstock with the flower dies…

Christmas Traditions Inspiration with Jennifer Kotas

All of the hot foiling for the cards uses Aura Hot Foil Roll and all of the color was added with ink blending. I hot foiled the Holiday Florals Background twice on white cardstock. It was cut to 4” x 5 1/4” and placed on an A2 card base with foam tape. The sentiment from the Essential Christmas Greetings was hot foiled then die cut with the second largest Nestabilities Classic Ovals LG Etched Dies. This…

Christmas Traditions Collection – Card Inspiration with Annie Williams
Hi there, this is Annie Williams and I’m excited to be back on the blog today to share a couple of projects using the new Christmas Traditions Collection from Spellbinders. The classic holiday images, gorgeous Glimmer plates, and beautiful sentiments in this collection inspired me to create three colorful cards perfect for sending a little Christmas cheer. I love anything poinsettia for the holidays so I reached for the Holiday Florals Background Glimmer Plate first to foil a beautiful border for this bold and bright Christmas card. Trim a piece of white cardstock to 4” x 5.25”. Apply Gold Hot Foil to each corner using the Holiday Florals Background Glimmer…

Christmas Traditions Inspiration with Andrea Shell
Hello! It’s Andrea Shell with you, and I’m delighted to be back as a guest on the Spellbinders blog. Today I have three cards to share with you using the festive Christmas Traditions Collection. My first card features the beautiful Rejoice Nativity Etched Dies. These dies make it so easy to create elegant Christmas cards! I cut the frame die from gold foil paper, white cardstock, and two shades of brown. I trimmed “rejoice” from the white frame and the manger from the dark brown one and layered them onto the gold frame. I cut the sky background from navy cardstock and layered it onto a white oval. I glued…
