Using Distress Oxide Inks To Add Tons of Color to Die Cut Scenes
Hi there, this is Annie Williams and Iโm thrilled to be back on the blog today to share some fun ways to use Distress Oxide Inks to enhance your die-cut scenes. Ink-blended backgrounds can add tons of color to your cards while coloring die-cuts with inks can really add dimension and realistic details. Birthday Card Ideas With Leica Palma
Hi there, crafty friends! It’s Leica writing on the Spellbinders Blog. Today, I want to share with you three cards I made using the new Carissa Wiley – It’s My Party collection. I used Pastel Pink Hot Foil on Pink Sand Color Essentials Cardstock to hot foil the balloon. To make a fun background for the shaker balloon, I hot foiled the Starburst Glimmer Hot Foil Plateย in Pastel Mint. Then, I hot-foiled the Happy Birthday sentiment…

Hello there, Michelle Short here to share three projects with you using the new Photosynthesis Collection. This beautiful collection features lots of florals, which I love! My first card uses Floral Stems Etched Dies. I cut the cone flower top petal layer from Snowdrift cardstock and the bottom ones from Purple Mist. I then cut the flower centers from Chamomile and the stems and leaves from Peridot. Using Blending Brushes, I blended on Distress Oxide Inks, focusing the…

Lots of florals and a few ways to create pretty backgrounds. Not to mention the glimmer sentiments that are perfect for any type of card! Letโs take a look. SIMPLE BOUQUET Whenever I create a set of cards I like to make them all in the same color family. Then, I can switch up the card design, but they end up looking very coordinated in the end. For my cards today, I chose a vintage palette. Pinks, purples, and muted greens give an…
