Hello Crafters! It’s Kelly Latevola here and I’m so excited to be back on the Spellbinders blog. I have a super colorful and really fun background technique for you guys today. It’s no secret I’m a big fan of Tammy Tutterow and this Party stamp and die set is no exception. I thought it would be festive to create a rainbow background to go with the stamp set.
