4th of July DIY Party Ideas
With the 4th of July about two weeks away, I thought I might inspire you to start a little early by sharing my three piece ensemble. Grabbing my Contour™ Steel Rule Dies, I created a banner, matchbox party favor and utensil holder to make my set. I’ll break down instructions for each piece so that you can recreate them too! Let’s get started… USA Banner Instructions: Cut both sizes of the fish tail banner with patterned papers using Three’s A Crowd Contour™ Steel Rule Die and Platinum™ Machine. Layer the die cuts and adhere with E-Z Runner® Grand. Repeat this step two more times for a total of three…

Fourth of July Parade Decor with My Little Red Wagon
With school out and summer in full swing, there is no better time to start creating. The Fourth of July will be here before you know it. Are you ready? I am bringing you several ideas to add the celebration to your table. Although my new line “My Little Red Wagon” was designed around young children, it can be translated into a variety of different styles for different occasions. Shaped Christmas Cards Made Easy!
Hey there, crafty friends! It’s Leica here, and today I want to share three unique Christmas card ideas with you. These cards are different from the usual rectangular shape. Spellbinders has a great variety of shape dies, and the largest die from any set works perfectly as a card panel. Plus, they fit nicely inside an A2-sized envelope! For all three cards, I used the largest dies from each set. I cut the bigger shape out of colored cardstock and the smaller one out of white cardstock. To add some texture, I ran all the white panels through a die-cut machine using the Vintage Ornaments 3D Embossing Folder. As for…

Christmas Florals Stencil How-to Step-by-step
Hello there, Michelle Short here to share a step-by-step tutorial with you using the Christmas Florals Stencil from the new Classic Christmas Collection. This is such a pretty stencil set (5 layering stencils) that creates a beautiful floral arrangement. They can be used alongside the Christmas Florals & Sentiments Etched Dies or can be used on their own. I am using both on my card today. STEP 1 Start off by placing the first Christmas Florals Stencil (they are numbered in the bottom left-hand corner) onto a panel of white cardstock and secure in place with Best Ever Craft Tape. Using Blending Brushes, blend red ink on top, with a…

Vintage Christmas Inspirations
Hello Spellbinders friends! It’s Angela Tombari here and today I would love to show you what I created with the new release Christmas Flea Market Finds, made by Spellbinders in cooperation with Cathe Holden. Christmas Treat Bags Since it’s a Christmas-themed collection, I thought its papers were perfect for making some treat bags. I used papers from both paper pads, Christmas Velvet, and Home For The Holidays. I chose papers with delicate tone on tone design, one blue with small tiny flowers, one red with delicate embroidery, and the last, my preferred, with a fluffy boutis. Boutis is an old French type of embroidery. The treat bags are cut with…
