Painter’s Garden Inspiration with Jennifer Kotas
Hello! Iโm Jen Kotas from Who Stole My Glitter and Iโm happy to be here today to share three cards featuring the Painter’s Garden Collection from Susan Tierney Cockburn. There are five new flower Dies in this collection along with a 3D Embossing Folder. Susan typically colors her flowers with Copic Markers and uses a special cardstock from Spellbinders. I prefer to cut my flower pieces from heavy-weight colored cardstock from Spellbinders. I added detail to the flowers with ink. Itโs a time saver but I also love how the cardstock softens as I shape it but doesnโt tear. For detailed instructions on creating the flowers, please visit the Spellbinders…

4 Stitching Die Methods Without Thread
We are so excited to be releasing more stitching dies this year! From our current collections Stitched Alphabet, Stitchmas Christmas, Spring Into Stitching, and our new Stitching Die Club, there is so much to experiment with! However, we know how time-consuming stitching and threading can be. Not to mention how difficult the task can be at times. Therefore, weโve collected a few stitching die methods without thread for you to try out in cards and crafts! Faux Stitching Method Our first recommendation is to use pens and markers to draw faux stitches. If youโre short on thread, this method can give you a whole new set of colors to use!…

Anemone Blooms, a Trio of Cards
Hello crafty friends! Itโs Jung here, and today, Iโm sharing 3 cards that I made using the new Anemone Blooms collection by Yana Smakula. Yellow Foiled Anemones For my first card, I used the Anemone Glimmer Blooms as the focal point. First, I foiled the Anemone Glimmer Blooms hot foil plate on smooth white cardstock with polished brass foil. While my Glimmer machine was hot, I foiled all the sentiments from the Hello, Friend Sentiments as well as the Inside Card Glimmer Sentiments on smooth white cardstock with satin gold foil. Next, I used the coordinating die to die-cut the Anemone Blooms image, and then colored the image with Copic…

Color with Cardstock – Anemone Blooms Cardmaking Ideas with Joan Bardee
I am delighted to share 3 ways (plus 2 bonus cards) to use the Anemone Blooms Collection, designed by the amazing Yana Smakula. Is it intimidating to use Yanaโs products on a Spellbinders blog post? You bet it is, but here it goes anyway! I love big bold anything, so these flowers stole my heart. I wasnโt familiar with anemones and a quick online search revealed that they come in a huge variety of colors. So, use whatever colors you love; for me โ pink is my first love. Hot Foiled Anemone Blooms If you are looking for maximum impact with minimal effort, just hot foil the Anemone Glimmer Blooms…

Introducing Anemone Blooms Collection by Yana Smakula
Iโm very excited to introduce you to my new collection with Spellbinders called Anemone Blooms. Similar to the collection I did last year, Yanaโs Blooms, I designed Anemone Blooms with elegant floral card-making in mind. The theme for this collection is Birthday and Friendships and all of the sentiments in this line center around that. This is a smaller collection featuring just 5 products, some of which are dies and some glimmer plates. All of these work with my previously released products, especially Yanaโs Blooms collection. So if you already have some of Yanaโs Blooms and you pick up products from Anemone Blooms you can mix the products, especially the…

Inspired by the Sentiments in the Showered with Love Collection by Joan Bardee
Hello and welcome! Iโm Joan Bardee and if you want to see what else Iโm up to, you can find me on Instagram as Dear Paperlicious. Today Iโm featuring 3 fun and colorful cards using products in the Showered with Love Collection designed by the super-talented Vicky Papaioannou. The design of each card was inspired by the sentiments in the Iโve Got You Covered Clear Stamp and Die set, which is part of this collection. The collection is full of clever open and closed umbrellas, weather symbols, flowers, a duck, etc. โ all evoking spring. I took my cue from that season and used softer sherbet colors for each of…

Rainbow Showered with Love Cards
Hello crafty friends! Itโs Jung here, and I share 3 cards that I made using the new Showered with Love collection by Vicky Papaioannou. Umbrella Blooms Slimline Card For my first card, I used the Umbrella Bloom dies to create a vertical slimline card. First, I die-cut all the dies in the Umbrella Bloom die set. For the umbrella pieces, I die-cut them several times to make a total of 4 umbrellas. Next, I glued together all the umbrella pieces, and the floral pieces. For my background panel, I trimmed a piece of white cardstock to be slightly smaller than a slimline card, then used Distress inks to create an…
