I’m sharing three ocean-themed projects, along with instructions, crafted with the Hello Summer – Splash Zone Collection products. Let’s take a look. Make Waves Card My first card, showcasing the Sparkle Mermaid Tail Die Set, incorporates mixed media techniques. Hi everyone! It’s Laura Volpes, from A bit of my crafts, and today I am really excited to be a guest here on the Spellbinders blog with three cards showcasing the gorgeous Royal Florish Glimmer collection by Becca Feeken. For the first card I used the Imperial Adorned Ovals and the The Contessa’s Seal Glimmer Hot Foil Plates. I chose to do some foiling with the Bright Pink Glimmer Hot Foil Roll over some white cardstock and to play with layers. I combined the Glimmer Hot Floil Plates from this new collection with the previously released Gilded Leaves Shaped Panel, from the Becca Feeken The Gilded Age collection. For the…

Tryday Friday: How to Use a Brayer to Make Painted Clouds
Hey crafty friends! Have you been loving the Easy Breezy Spring collection from Fun Stampers Journey? Today let’s look at an absolutely darling card featuring the Loads of Love stamp set. To begin the background, add Beach Ball and Cool Pool acrylic paint onto a non-porous surface – like an acrylic sheet or a large clear block. (We used more Beach Ball and just a little Cool Pool.) Use a brayer to blend and spread the paint across the clear block. Then roll the brayer over a card-size…

I have three cards to share that showcase the Royal Flourish Glimmer Collection by Becca Feeken!! I absolutely love the Super Chill Paper Pad that was included with this month’s Card Kit of the Month. I wanted to pair the floral and butterfly patterns that with these foil plates are included in that paper pad. I started by hot foiling the largest of the Imperial Adorned Ovals Glimmer Hot Foil Plates onto a floral paper from the Super Chill Paper Pad with Pink Foil. I fussy cut around the foiled oval…

We all have our own flourishes of style that we leave to call things our own.
