This is such a fun collection that can be used for lots of different occasions. I love that each animal comes with a coordinating punny sentiment set! THANK EWE My first card uses the Counting Sheep Clear Stamp & Die Set, along with Perfect Touch Arches Etched Dies. These fun arch dies are great for using both the negative and positive of the die. For this card, I used the negative. To make this card: Die-cut sheep from Snowdrift, Fog, Onyx, and Pink Sand Cardstock. Assemble and adhere…

Springtime Colors for the Vivid Expressions Collection
Hello! Jen Kotas here today with three cards featuring the Vivid Expressions Collection. There are four die sets, three BetterPress sets and a 3D Emboss and Cut Folder. Instead of ink blending on white cardstock, I started with Barely Peach Cardstock for card panels, die cutting and embossing, and Bisque BetterPress Card Panels for letterpress. Die cut border of Berry Fields Border Etched Dies from a panel of Barely Peach Cardstock. Blend on a darker orange ink lighter towards top. Add to an A2 card base cut from Barely Peach Cardstock. A Christmas Dance
Hello there, Michelle Short here and I am delighted to be back on the Spellbinders blog today sharing three projects using the Dancin’ Christmas Friends Collection. This fabulous collection features characters that are made so that their legs move, or dance, which is super fun! A GIFT FOR YOU For my first card, I am using the Dancin’ Gnome Etched Dies. Setting the Stage with Your Card Backgrounds
Hello, crafty friends! I’m Adrienne Boese, better known as Alice Scraps Wonderland online. The Birthday Bash collection from Simon Hurley has several fun embossing folders, so for this set of cards, I wanted to create three different backgrounds using the embossing folders. The goal with each of these embossed backgrounds is to set the stage for all of the other elements on the card. I’ll be taking you from the simplest to the most complex embossing folder uses, but along the way, I’ll be giving you my design tips to create balanced cards that impress! Die Cut Balloons Card The simplest form of creating a background with an embossing folder…

Cats & Pugs Galore
Hello crafty friends! It’s Rachel Alvarado from RachelAlvaradoDesigns.com. I am happy to share some fun projects that I made using the new and super adorable Bibi’s Cats & Pugs Collection. I fell in love with this entire collection from the start and had so much fun playing with each set! My first project is a 9” x 4” slimline card that showcases five sweet little pugs that I created using the Party Puggles Etched Dies. To start my card, I first created my pugs by die-cutting all of my pieces from a variety of Spellbinders colored card stock. I then added some quick ink blending with a dome-shaped blending tool…

Incorporating Patterned Paper Into The Fair Winds Collection With Emily Leiphart
Hello, crafty friends! This is Emily Leiphart and I’m thrilled to be back on the Spellbinders blog, featuring the Fair Winds Collection by Dawn Woleslagle. This is such a fun coastal and nautical collection, perfect for summertime cards of all occasions. Each card features the patterned paper in a different way — the border, a small selection of die cuts, and a centerpiece background. This first card features the Uncharted Waters Stencil, Guiding Light Dies, Set Sail Dies, and the Fair Winds Sentiments.…
