The Stylish Ovals Collection With Brenda Noelke
Hello, crafty friends!! Brenda Noelke here from My PaperCut Creations! I’m super excited to be a guest on the Spellbinders blog again today! I’m sharing three cards using the Stylish Ovals Collection!! There is something for everyone in this collection…stamps, dies, embossing folders, foil stamping, and stitching dies!! It’s AMAZING! THINKING OF YOU CARD I began by stamping the image and sentiment from the Stylish Oval Birthday Wishes Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Copic-friendly black ink. I colored it with Copic markers and die-cut it with a die from the Essential Stylish Ovals Etched Dies. I also die-cut Fruit Punch cardstock with the next largest die in the same…

Painter’s Garden Inspiration with Jennifer Kotas
Hello! I’m Jen Kotas from Who Stole My Glitter and I’m happy to be here today to share three cards featuring the Painter’s Garden Collection from Susan Tierney Cockburn. There are five new flower Dies in this collection along with a 3D Embossing Folder. Susan typically colors her flowers with Copic Markers and uses a special cardstock from Spellbinders. I prefer to cut my flower pieces from heavy-weight colored cardstock from Spellbinders. I added detail to the flowers with ink. It’s a time saver but I also love how the cardstock softens as I shape it but doesn’t tear. For detailed instructions on creating the flowers, please visit the Spellbinders…

Anemone Blooms, a Trio of Cards
Hello crafty friends! It’s Jung here, and today, I’m sharing 3 cards that I made using the new Anemone Blooms collection by Yana Smakula. Yellow Foiled Anemones For my first card, I used the Anemone Glimmer Blooms as the focal point. First, I foiled the Anemone Glimmer Blooms hot foil plate on smooth white cardstock with polished brass foil. While my Glimmer machine was hot, I foiled all the sentiments from the Hello, Friend Sentiments as well as the Inside Card Glimmer Sentiments on smooth white cardstock with satin gold foil. Next, I used the coordinating die to die-cut the Anemone Blooms image, and then colored the image with Copic…

Trio of Floral Reflection Collection Cards with Jung AhSang
Hello crafty friends! It’s Jung here, and I am so happy to be returning for another guest post on the Spellbinders blog. For my projects today, I’m working with some products from the Floral Reflection collection. I love all the florals in the collection, and especially the heart dies! For my first card, I started with the Floral Reflection dies, along with the Essential Floral Reflection die. First, I die-cut all the dies in the Floral Reflection die set on white cardstock for the flower pieces, and craft cardstock for the larger foliage piece. I die-cut everything twice since you need 2 of the floral pieces to cover the shaped…

Score at 2 ¾” and again at 5” then fold on score lines. Cut the 4 ¼” x 5 ½” embossed cardstock in half at 2 ¾”. Adhere the pieces above and below the 2 ¾” score line on the card base. Anything you wish to pop up when open can only…

Hello crafty friends! It’s Jung here, and I am back with another guest post on the Spellbinders blog. For my projects today, I’m working with some products from the new Wax Seal collection. This was such a fun collection to work with! There are a couple methods to work with the wax seals. You can pour the wax, and seal them directly on your project. You can also make the wax seals on the silicone mat that comes with the wax seal kit, and then adhere them to your project. I am a bit of a perfectionist, so I made my wax seals on the silicone mat. That way, I…
