Hi, crafty friends! I’m Nicki Baxley bringing you tons of ways to use pocket cards! They are so versatile and make great “gift” holders for any occasion. Happy Birthday Gift Card Holder I created this card to coordinate with the colors of the Starbucks gift card. To start, I ink blending the Build a Plaid stencil in orange, pink and green on the pocket front. Next, I used the Pinking Edge Dies to create the removable piece. Hello! Jen Kotas is here today with three cards featuring the Stampendous Season of Wonder Collection. This beautiful collection includes two die sets and two stamp sets. This is the perfect opportunity to create a shaped card and make an elegant wreath card. I enjoy creating ink-blended backgrounds but if I’m creating one or two why not create a few extras for other card ideas. I made two Halloween card backgrounds at the same time as these three backgrounds using some of the same inks. Hello crafters! Joan Bardee here sharing some fun holiday cards made with the Stitched Bright collection. It’s a fun collection of dies – Stitched Holiday Tree, Stitched String Lights, and Stitched Starfilled Background. I didn’t embroider with these dies, but that’s the beauty of stitching dies – you can use them with or without embroidery thread. These cards are boldly non-traditional, both in style and color. That works for me, but if you want to tone them down, substitute softer colors. Scalloped Tree First up is the Stitched Tree set of dies, with the fun scallop border. To create the dots with wax beads simply drop a small amount onto the silicone mat. It’s a great way to use up any extra melted wax on the spoon! Blend purple ink on a piece of Porcelain BetterPress A2 Card then impress with Spider Web Background Press Plate with the same ink. Adhere to an A2 card base.
