Punny Farmyard Trio
Hello there, Michelle Short here and I am delighted to be back on the Spellbinders blog using the On the Farm collection. This is such a fun collection that can be used for lots of different occasions. I love that each animal comes with a coordinating punny sentiment set! THANK EWE My first card uses the Counting Sheep Clear Stamp & Die Set, along with Perfect Touch Arches Etched Dies. These fun arch dies are great for using both the negative and positive of the die. For this card, I used the negative. To make this card: Die-cut sheep from Snowdrift, Fog, Onyx, and Pink Sand Cardstock. Assemble and adhere…

The color palette I’m using is brown, cream/white, peach and touches of sparkle. I’ll also be sharing these in three different card sizes: A2, A7 and a gift card holder, so no matter what size you love to create in, there will be an idea for you! Using a Single Color Palette to Create Three Cards!
Hi crafty friends! It’s Cassie Trask back with another blog post where I’m going to share a few cards using the new Falling Leaves Collection. It may be in the 90s here in South Georgia, but I am very ready for Fall, and a Fall color palette is where it’s at! A Rainy Fall Background Fall often brings about some rain, which is why I like this Autumn Rain BetterPress Plate. It’s such a pretty plate that gives you the opportunity to use lots of color especially when you use the Layered Autumn Rain Stencil. For all of my cards I brought in the Thanks Enclosed Sentiments dies, because they…

Cats & Pugs Galore
Hello crafty friends! It’s Rachel Alvarado from RachelAlvaradoDesigns.com. I am happy to share some fun projects that I made using the new and super adorable Bibi’s Cats & Pugs Collection. I fell in love with this entire collection from the start and had so much fun playing with each set! My first project is a 9” x 4” slimline card that showcases five sweet little pugs that I created using the Party Puggles Etched Dies. To start my card, I first created my pugs by die-cutting all of my pieces from a variety of Spellbinders colored card stock. I then added some quick ink blending with a dome-shaped blending tool…

This collection features lots of dies that can be used to create faux embroidery. If you are not into embroidery and sewing, a lot of the dies can be used without the needlework elements as well and I have one project showing that today. This collection is already very versatile but even better is that it can be used for so many occasions – everyday, Halloween, fall, autumn, Christmas and the holidays … plus lots more! CHRISTMAS MAGIC For my first card, I created a Christmas…

Trio of Cards, Featuring the Nichol’s Needlework Collection
Hello crafty friends! It’s Jung here, and I am back with another guest post on the Spellbinders blog. For my projects today, I’m working with the Nichol’s Needlework collection. As a needlework lover, I jumped at the chance to work with this collection. First, I started out by die-cutting the hoop elements for all three cards. I die-cut the perforated circles, the hoop frames, and the gold screw pieces. I wanted the hoop frames to be slightly raised, so I cut extra and glued 2 together for each card. I also glued the hoop screw to the back of the frame. Then, I die-cut several embroidery scissors, needles, and spools…
