Swirling Foliage Tree 3 Ways
Hello, dear friends! It’s Leica, and today I want to share three fun ways to use the Swirling Foliage Tree from the Glimmer for the Holidays collection. This hot foil plate creates a beautiful swirling foliage design that’s perfect for making stunning Christmas cards. Let’s dive in! For my first card, I cut up strips of colorful cardstock and glued them onto white A2-sized paper. Then, I hot-foiled the Swirling Foliage Tree in gorgeous gold foil and trimmed it down, adding a gold border around it. The result was absolutely stunning! To complete the look, I added some white foliage, red berries, and topped it off with a pink Merry…

Shaped Christmas Cards Made Easy!
Hey there, crafty friends! It’s Leica here, and today I want to share three unique Christmas card ideas with you. These cards are different from the usual rectangular shape. Spellbinders has a great variety of shape dies, and the largest die from any set works perfectly as a card panel. Plus, they fit nicely inside an A2-sized envelope! For all three cards, I used the largest dies from each set. I cut the bigger shape out of colored cardstock and the smaller one out of white cardstock. To add some texture, I ran all the white panels through a die-cut machine using the Vintage Ornaments 3D Embossing Folder. As for…

It’s Time to Get Stitching with Stitched for Christmas!
Hello crafters! Joan Bardee here and I’m happy to be back on the Spellbinders blog sharing some holiday cards using the Stitched for Christmas collection. Yes, Christmas! Chose a slightly nontraditional Christmas color palette, substituting aqua or teal for green. Note: I made these cards before the sentiments in this collection were available, so I used sentiments from last year’s collections. Warm & Cozy Sweater This card was inspired by all the sweaters my mom made…
